Flag Football

Diego started his 2nd season of flag football. He really enjoys it. We have 2 great parents, Robert Gillespie and Curt Sousley who stepped up to coach the team. It's a pretty special team as most of the kids were friends and have played together around the neighborhood.

Diego has some talent. He is naturally gifted as an athlete. His hand eye coordination is real strong and he has a strong body. We are working on his emotions - sometimes they get the best of him!

The coaches do a great job rotating the kids on offense and defense and giving them a chance to play all positions. I was really proud of Diego during game 2. He was put in at Quarterback for a series of downs and drove the team all the way down the field for a touchdown. I think it was 4 or 5 complestions in that series - he looked like Tim Tebow out there (well, to me anyway).

Antonio had his first baseball practice this week. Stay tuned for updates on the next Derek Jeter (to me anyway).
